PAYMENT METHODS
We accept PayPal (member and non-members), credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express for all USA and international purchases. Our payment system automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to our system using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Our website is compatible with Safari, Chrome and Firefox web browsers. Using Internet Explorer will not allow a complete purchase.
Please be advised if the Shipping address is different than the billing address, the transaction must be verified by the "Bill to" party via email in order to proceed with the shipment of the goods.
Failure to comply will result in delay of shipment, even cancellation of an order.
REFUND/RETURNS
All our products are made to as ordered and hand packaged to insure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all the ingredients on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the "no refund policy" into consideration before you buy. No returns on any products. No exceptions
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read the ingredients and agree with the purchase price. We do not accept cancellations, so once you have completed your order, we will prepare it for shipment.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER
It is up to the customer to read the ingredients and properly use our products. The information on our website has not been evaluated by the FDA nor is our product intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition or suspect allergies to essential oils or carrier oils consult a healthcare professional prior to use. By purchasing and using products by Grow and Nourish Hair Oil, you agree that you will not hold Grow and Nourish Hair Oil liable for any problems that arise from the use of our products.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
**Please note that due to Covid-19 order fulfillment and shipping may take longer than usual. Sorry about any inconveniences this may cause.**
We will prepare all items Monday through Friday from (9:00am -4:00pm) PST. When you make a purchase during this time your item is packaged and shipped (usually 4 business days) after your order is (received). If we have a sale or promotion it could take up to 7 business days to process and ship your order. You should also add additional days for shipping based on the method you select at checkout.
SHIPPING POLICY
**Please expect shipping delays due to Covid-19**
All orders placed within the United States and internationally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. US orders can take 7-15 business days for delivery depending on when the item is packaged and shipped. International orders can take 15-20 business days depending on when the item is packaged and shipped. The destination or location is also a factor. Additional options (Express Mail: United States 1-2 days, International 3-5 days) may be available during checkout. If you need an item shipped sooner, please contact us via email to insure we can meet your anticipated arrival date. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather or holidays.
STOLEN, DAMAGED OR NEVER RECEIVED (LOST) SHIPMENT
Orders within the USA and International: Grow and Nourish Hair Oil, assumes no responsibility for late, never received (lost), stolen or damaged items. Once shipped, we cannot replace the never received (lost) items.
All items shipped have the option to include insurance and signature confirmation at checkout. Insurance through the shipping service covers the buyer if the package is never received (lost) or damaged during shipping. Signature confirmation helps the buyer find out when a package was delivered, who signed for the package or when delivery was attempted. If the customer chooses not to purchase insurance and signature confirmation, they may reorder the item if it is lost or damaged during shipping. A "lost shipment" means that the shipping service has no record of the package being delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If the customer does not receive a package within 15 business days, please contact Grow and Nourish Hair Oil via email. We will try to help locate the package that has NOT been scanned in by the carrier as received and delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please note it can take us up to (30) days to research and process claims in the US and up to 45 days for international orders that are not on record with the carrier as being delivered. We work very closely with our shipping suppliers to help insure that packages arrives safely, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, within the U.S. Postal Service.
Within the 30 days, we will offer a form of restitution or product refund.
PACKAGES LISTED AS DELIVERED
Customer understands by denying signature confirmation they are completely liable for packages listed as delivered. Grow and Nourish Hair Oil, is not responsible for packages listed as delivered with tracking information provided. We strongly suggest signature confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL
International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. Grow and Nourish Hair Oil, is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by the customer’s local customs office and cannot be determined ahead of time by Grow and Nourish Hair Oil. For more information on customs/duties charges, please contact a local customs office.
LIMITATIONS
Products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
PRIVACY
International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
